Welcome to Disclodocs ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of our platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "User" refers to anyone accessing or using our Services.
• "Account" means a registered account created to access certain features of the Services.
• "Content" includes text, images, data, documents, or any material uploaded or generated on our platform.
• "Confidential Information" refers to non-public information disclosed in connection with using the Services.
• "OAuth Integration" refers to third-party account connections, including Google services.

2. Use of Services

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an Account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and any connected OAuth accounts.
• OAuth Authorization: By connecting third-party services (Google), you authorize us to access your Gmail and Calendar on your behalf for lead management and communication purposes.
• Account Security: You are responsible for the security of your Google account and any activities that occur through our OAuth integration.
• Proper Use: You agree to use email and calendar features responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms of service.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services at any time.

3. Third-Party Services Integration

Our Services integrate with various third-party platforms:

• Google Services: Gmail and Calendar integration for email communication and appointment scheduling. You grant us permission to send emails and create calendar events on your behalf.
• AI Services: OpenAI GPT-4 and Google Gemini for content analysis, email generation, and document processing. Your data may be processed through these AI services.
• Payment and Communication: Stripe for payments, Twilio for SMS, and Postmark for email delivery.
• You acknowledge that use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
• We are not responsible for any issues, limitations, or changes to third-party services that may affect our Services.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payments for the Services must be made via credit card. All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service for any reason, including breaches of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, OAuth permissions should be revoked through your connected third-party accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

We waive all liability from any actions taken based on our content. Users are responsible for independently verifying any information before making decisions. We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party service integrations or AI-generated content.

7. AI Use and Responsibility

Our Services include AI-powered features for:

• Lead management and CRM automation
• Email composition and personalization
• Document analysis and processing
• Property recommendation generation

By creating an account and using our AI-powered services, you accept full responsibility for any decisions made based on AI-generated content and release us from any liability arising from its use. You acknowledge that AI-generated content should be reviewed before use and may require human oversight.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of our Services involves the collection and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using OAuth integrations, you consent to our access and use of your third-party account data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Services shall be resolved exclusively with Astride Research, Inc..

10. LLC Disclaimer

Astride Research operates as a Limited Liability Company (LLC). As such, the members, managers, and employees are not personally liable for any debts, obligations, or liabilities of the Company.

12. Document Types Supported

Disclodocs currently only supports and will attempt to analyze: (1) Hazard Disclosures, (2) Inspection Reports, and (3) Seller Disclosures. All other documents are unsupported and will not be analyzed by Disclodocs. Examples include, but are not limited to, seller documents that pertain to the property's Homeowners' Association such as Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs).
